This was just something I came up with because I have such a hectic schedule. It allows for an even amount of cardio and strength for an hour (2 hours on Friday) everyday but Monday and Wednesday, which are the rest days. I have a pool for the swimming cardio, but it is easily replacable with jumping jacks or outdoor jogging.
