    June 2 I'm pumped about taking my life back. I'm about 50lbs over weight and I want to burn the as quickly as possible. However, I know that whatever comes quick goes quick so I've given my self 6months. Any workout tips that you have found help would be greatly appreciated. P. S. I'm on week three of the couch to 5k and going strong buts its not enough I haven lost a lbs yet.

  • Good for you. I too lost close to 40 lbs last year and then put 10 back on. Joined a gym in January and made the decision to dedicate 6 hours per week, 2 hours three days each week, to hit the gym and workout. Workout is about an hour of weights, 8 to 10 exercises for total body, and 30 - 40 minutes of cardio intervals on treadmill. Add to that the 30 minutes of walking 3x per week during lunch. a...
