Blast Fat before your wedding!

 

I recommend starting this for atleast 6-12 weeks before the wedding. And keep repeating until a few days before the wedding. 

 

Get atleast 9-10 hours of sleep! You'll need it! Drink LOTS of water! Eat high protien foods as well as lots of fiber filled fruits and veggies. Try to steer clear of white flour and white sugar.

My workout is going to consist of 2 mile walk in morning, pushups,sit-ups,leg raises. Possible bis and tris in morning. In the afternoon walk at cemetary or 30 min on stationary bike.

  • The chips and dip did me in this Memorial Day weekend!  Plus, with all the family and friend get togethers this week, I have not been able to do Insanity since Sunday!  AAAGGHHH!!  I plan on doing a workout vidieo though in the moring and will work to eat a heck of a lot cleaner that I have been these past few days!!
