  • I'm so proud of myself today because not only did I walk the 4.04 miles that I planned to walk, but I was actually able to walk another 1.53 miles for a total of 5.57 miles today in all. Tomorrow is an off day for me and I'm going to take full advantage and go to the track and get a little more exercise in. I feel so much better when I walk.

    my weight is not coming down one day im in my low 60s then another day im in close to the 70s wahda? i have bn tri in to lose weight since Jan...i managed to lose 16lbs but i doesnt show i dont feel it i always feel bloated my started weight in Jan wus 179 im only 5'2 two days ago i was 163.4 and today 168 i go 2 da gym 2,3 4 maybe even make it 5 days for 1hr + i have gone upto 2 hrs...a day..burn...
