All cereal grains, refined carbohydrates, low fat dairy products, potatoes, beans, legumes, and processed foods should be avoided! (Including sucralose, as we spoke about yesterday.  The majority of ingested sucralose is not broken down by the body and therefore is not a healthy choice nor is it conducive with the meal plan I have to fit your specific needs.
