Tracy the diet plan that Omega Health and Wellness has choose to custom fit your needs is a concept that consists mainly of foods that can be hunted and fished (lean meats and seafood), and foods that can be gathered (eggs, fruit, nuts, seeds, and vegetables). All cereal grains, refined carbohydrates, low fat dairy products, potatoes, beans, legumes, and processed foods should be avoided! (Including sucralose, as we spoke about yesterday.  The majority of ingested sucralose is not broken down by the body and therefore is not a healthy choice nor is it conducive with the meal plan I have to fit your specific needs.
