squat: below parallel

pushup: go all the way down until your body is on the floor, then push up

sit up: feet touching (butterfly style) lay flat, then touch your hands to your feet

  • WOW!! I got in 2hrs. of hard core housework this morning. Whew! Changed things around in my frontrm. so I could put my Recumbent Bike over by the couch so I could ride and not be in my husband's way of watching TV. May even get him to ride now and then.
