  • I am the same way. I have been working out for awhile now. I walk at least a mile a day and added weights and an ab machine workout too. People at the gym tell me its because Im gaining muscle and losing fat and it weighs the same. Im always asking well when do I acaualy lose any weight. Do you keep gaining muscle weight? I get very confused :)
