  • Not cool...I went to the Dr today because the pain is CRAZY...it hurts huge!! she gave me a script for an anti inflam for 14 days...apparently she thinks it's a pulled muscle and not a pinched nerve...she said if the pain doesn't subside with the meds...then it MAY be a nerve, but she thinks I just over exercised yesterday. WHAAAAAAAAAAA  :(

    Bake boneless, skinless chicken breast with a mixture of apricot jam and fresh chopped basil basted on top. 375 degress for about 45 minutes or until done. Season with pepper.
