  • Start by doing what's necessary.  Then do what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible. I'll put the dvd on and at least start excercising.  I'll do as much and I can do today.  If I do this each day - it should be easier and easier until I'm doing enough excercise to make a real difference. You have to start sometime so I'll make it today...

    If you haven't figured this out, I just did now! You have to click on your exercise and let the window open. Go from the new window and slect that exercise. Then it will allow you to put in your "actual" time spent. On THAT page, there is the "submit" button. Good luck
