    Well I didn't workout yesterday or tuesday but I was able to do so today. I am very proud of myself, I workout in my apt cardio and strength. I just made workout eqpt out of things here. Mrs. McGuyver they usually call me. lol. It feels good to not have quit on myself. I hope that the enthusiasm stays.

However I have another 6-7 to go to meet the height weight requirements to join the AF. I have been plateaued at 163.5lbs for 2.5 weeks now.
