  • Heavy weights with lower reps (6-8) does work, but it also gives you a bulker look. Low weights high rep (12-16) works for a time and gives you a leaner look. The best thing to do is to work your way up. Start with the low weights high rep, if by 12 you aren't grinding your teeth, ad more weights.
