    I've been so completely frustrated with a bunch of stuff lately. Then today i took those frustrations out on the treadmill. Ran some and walked most of a couple miles. Damn it felt good afterwards! I've been in a great mood since then. Just serves to remind me that i need to be doing that every day! hehe I've already got my clothes and shoes laid out to jump into in the morning so i don't have any...
