  • I didn't go for my evening walk last night, nor did I walk this morning. I guess I was too lazy. But I did make myself go this evening. I walked only 1.57 miles, but at least I went. Right? The reason I'm confused is my diet tracker is not registering the water that I'm drinking. Does anyone know how to fix it?

  • When I'm working I eat clean because I pack a lunch. But my training is better on weekends. When I'm having one of those days and I don't feel like training. I make my self a chai tea grab my ipod sit and listen to music. It takes about 15 minuts and away I go. I have a home gym and love it, so when I'm ready I walk downstairs.
