    My daughter and I started working out on the Wii last night; what a blast!  I did it again today, because it was so much fun!  I also had to beat my daughter at a few activities to give her something to strive for.     You could be gaining muscles... it does not take that long, might take long to show... but they are getting bigger ;)

    If you don´t drink enough for you´re body, you´re body might be holding on to water. Do you pee as much as you drink?
