  • I am so discouraged!.......for Christmas, I recieved a fitness assesment from the gym I am a member of. I have been working out hard ( not eating as well as I could) but really thought at 147 lbs and size 6 pants I was doing well.......but found out my body fat was 26.7% and they want me to get down to 18% body fat.....how much more can I do??.....just so frustrated now
