  • I am new to this and need some advice or how this program works. I need to lose atleast 30lbs by June. I have tracked the food i have at the past 3 days. But im not sure how many calories im aloud to have and do i need to only have that aloud amount to lose weight. Also how can i input the exercise that i have done at the gym?
