  • Went swimming for 30 minutes, went walking for 45 minutes.  I am so T I R E D, why?  I thought I should be feeling at least refreshed, that I went and did something for my health. But all I feel is exhausted.  Why do I have to be so fat?  I need inspiration and motivation.  I am doing it but relunctantly.., well to be continued.

  • Why do I feel that if my heart monitor shows a higher heart rate that I am buring more calories----therefore I stick with doing some form of aerobic exercise (kickboxing, cardio, etc). Should I change my routine on a regular basis... I notice that on some of your posts that ya'll change up occasionally but don't know the reason why....Please help in my quest for knowledge on this matter!
