This workout combines cardio and strength training together, for all the strength exercises i do 4 sets of 25 reps except on russian twists those i do 2 sets of 25 each side. as for the cardio you may choose which exercises you do as long as you get the minimum of 30 minutes physical activity each "on" day. on off days i recommend going for a light walk for at least 30 minutes. feel free to leave comments and questions on my facebook at www.facebook.com/jessicagray1988
