  • It was measurement day today and my trainer and I discovered that Since October 2010 I've lost 13.8% Body Fat and I am so excited about that. One step at a time and this is a huge step for me. I feel very accomplished and am happy about being in the Fair Column instead of the Poor Column.

  • You can do it...prioritize. I work 40 + hours a week and leave work to go directly to the Anytime Fitness near me three times a week. The weekends really help pick up the slack for any time missed during the week. When I miss my schedule, I just keep looking forward, not back. If you want to do it badly enough, you will find a way to make it a priority. It will come - keep persisting.
