  • if you're using the FitClick "Select" track, new days will be created and the weights adjusted as you enter results. If you're suing another member's workout plan (or your own plan), new workouts also are created when current workouts are entered, but the weight it not progressed as in Select track. If you are using track-only, then new workouts won't be created until you build your own plan.
