  • Currently my sister, mother and I are doing a workout program where we walk for 4 miles around a lake, and a run/walk for 2 miles. We also do a Denise Austin workout video and sometimes shake weight video. We have been working out for over a month and a half but want to do more. Is is best to workout in the morning or before bed? And is it ok to exercise twice a day?
