    Hi all,  Just joined FitClick from my home in Syd, Australia - thankyou Google.  Really excited to be embarking on this quest to improve my fitness.  My main problem in the past has been my inconsistency so I'm sure now with the great fitness plans from FitClick this is now sorted.  My goal is to put on more muscle and increase my endurance level.

    When entering my exercise (biking, step aerobics, glider, brisk walking) I noticed that kickboxing burns the most calories in the same amt of time sooooo--- I've been kickboxing. Plus one foot seems to always b on the floor, which is good for us old folks! Good luck
