  • Canada eh!! We go skating, skiing, and toboggan thats how we get cardio in. Why risk running when its icy and it gets dark fast. Treadmill or go to a indoor track much safer. Go running on sat or sun when there is good conditions and you can go for a jog in the affternoon.
