I am choosing this program type, because i feel like if i practice on my general fitness then i can move onto the next workout type to become better in my fitness appearance and my physical exercises. This program best aligns with my interest in lifetime fitness activity, because of the way it plans your excersises. Also, i like to plan out my exercises of the day and put a goal or a target and note down my actual timing or distance, because then i know i was successful on reaching my goal. The types of daily exercises that best align with my fitness plan are the push ups, weightlifting, sit ups, running, running\walking steps, and etc. i will need to plan my workouts a day before or that same day before i start my workout. the results that i would expect after implementing this program, is to reach my goal but go beyond or a litte bit further, because will that not only reach my goal, but it will also help me out through life with that state of mind: going alittle or beyond my goal.

  • I think you are at a plateau. I'm can't speak from experience because I haven't been there, I've not been so disciplined. Bravo for what you have done!!! To go further, I think you have to change the pattern of either your diet or exercise routine. It sounds like you're in a maintain mode and if you want to snap out of that, see if you find any information on plateau's and how to break them....
