I shall begin by stretching for 15 minutes before walking . I will then start out by walking a mile in the county park. I will increase this by a mile bi weekly. I plan to to walk a total of 50 miles a month beginning in Feb. I will gradually work up to this however. I plan to eat healthier starting immediately . Monday, Wednesday and Friday is My walking days.

  • When I print my workouts that Fitclick has made for me under the Cadio exercise section it does not tell me how much distance or an actuall amount of time. All it says in the Time section is "MAX". What does this mean. Please help I have this work out today
