  • I didn't go for my evening walk last night, nor did I walk this morning. I guess I was too lazy. But I did make myself go this evening. I walked only 1.57 miles, but at least I went. Right? The reason I'm confused is my diet tracker is not registering the water that I'm drinking. Does anyone know how to fix it?

  • All great suggestions.

    Because of the heat/humidity, I switched back to the treadmill and am having some problems staying focused. Running outside usually isn't a problem.

    I did get a suggestion from a friend who uses her droid and listens to books on tapes or pandora.

    I also like talk radio (sports) so maybe i can find an app for satalite radio.
