Comprehensive work out plan with focus on cardio, strength and flexibility. It is recommended to perform at least half an hour stretching, half an hour carido, and half an hour strength exerciese every day. However, try to rote different exercises in each group. For instance, brisk walking, rowing, spinning, swimming, and elliptical machines are all good cardio exercises. Rotation of them will make workout more interesting.

    Good morning jjswbs2. How fun to shop for skinny clothes.
    I remember when I did that 3 years ago. I now shop for longer clothes. I had lost 50lbs in 2009 but then in 2010 they begun to creep up 10lbs-when I fell and broke my ribs that May. Then in Oct same year my husband left dripping trunks in the hotel bathroom-you guess it I slippied and rebroke same ribs. I never got the first 10lbs...
