  • My daughter and I took a Zumba class tonight. We realized that we are neither have any rhythm and should stay away (far away) from dance classes. The up side is that we probably burned around 700 calories in 60 minutes. But I don't think even that will get me back in there. I just can't follow the moves and I feel stupid. I just can't dance. At least I should sleep good tonight.
