I have used this workout customized with a diet plan to get insane results in a quick amount of time. You need about 50 minutes in the morning and 50 minutes in the evening, focusing on cardio and abs in the AM and strength training in the PM. It is a lot to ask and demands strict adherence but I promise that nothing will cut lbs faster or more effectively. I am not genetically fit in the least and have always struggled to maintain weight.
