I shall begin by stretching for 15 minutes before walking . I will then start out by walking a mile in the county park. I will increase this by a mile bi weekly. I plan to to walk a total of 50 miles a month beginning in Feb. I will gradually work up to this however. I plan to eat healthier starting immediately . Monday, Wednesday and Friday is My walking days.

This is a general fitness/fat burning workout. Top Gun refers to a weights/conditiong program that I do for 1.5 hours on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. It involves 45 minutes of weight training working all general muscle groups and 45 minutes of conditioning with cardio such as ladder drills and sprints.

    I memorized a Bible verse. I would get a short one, learn it pretty good and when I couldn't sleep, I would try to recall it perfectly. I never did recall it well, but after 2 or 3 attempts, I would be asleep. Try Psalms. They have good ones. My favorite is "A fool returns to his folly like a dog returns to its vomit." Yes that is in the Bible. I think it is hilarious!
