This is just the last couple of months of my self-training program. I have been training since Feb. and have lost 47 pounds since jan 13. It is now 4-26-10 and my swimming times cycling and running times are all improving and I really enjoy to exercise now. I don't see myself ever stopping my new lifestyle. This plan started about 5 weeks into my training and the website below has the best plans i have found in months of searching!

step ups, leg ext and curls are super sets. Glute machine and jump lunges are super sets. Jump squat and walking lunges are super set. Leg press is next. Jumps next and calves are done at the end.
