  • That is a broad question. I eat healthy foods. I started at 2000 calories a day and lost 230 lbs. I still eat healthy but I am taking in between 3500 to 4000 calories a day to maintain my weight. I could list every food I eat but it would be a very, very long list. Are you looking for something specific?
