  • i began working out around the end of Jan, i really enjoy it and it makes me feel better. i weigh once a week and since i started, i have lost 14 lbs....i really havent been dieting, but am starting to get in the groove now. i really havent lost inches but i do notice way more muscle definition. i am so proud of myself, and def plan to keep up the good work!
