This workout plan focus' on strenth and cardio exercises including crunches, running, treadmill exercises, walking, lunges, etc. This workout is provided for both men and women and includes a lot of determination due to the intense workouts provided.

    That a lot of weight in a month are you in a bodybuilding contest. Protein shakes and live on your stationary bike when your not training. Eat your big meal in the morning then you have to coast. You will have to go low on your calories I won't post but if your bodybuilding you know. Good luck drink lots of water.
