    Thanks zumbacalc for that bit of info..... I will check it out bc I don't think zumba burns 600-800 calories-- I do intense zumba with heart rate up to 163 for 30 min and it doesn't give me that many burned calories when I register it.... oh, maybe it is that for working out for an hour or so?????
