My starting workout

Do the lifting first. It's in a complex format. Do everything then rest push for atleast 3 rounds. Then move on to cardio. Try to go as long as possible.

I have been working out since January, I now have a treadmill, gravity straps, a kettlebell and I can use things in the house as weights like barbell or dumbbells. 

I have been trying to jump on the machine 5 days per week and stregth

training for Mon, Tuse, Thurs and Saturdays.

  • I didn't go for my evening walk last night, nor did I walk this morning. I guess I was too lazy. But I did make myself go this evening. I walked only 1.57 miles, but at least I went. Right? The reason I'm confused is my diet tracker is not registering the water that I'm drinking. Does anyone know how to fix it?
