Just a very basic workout plan to get you moving.

30 minutes of walking/jogging/running intervals on treadmill each weekday with 30 minutes of leisurely walking on weekend days, and 30 minutes of alternating body weight only toning exercises each weekday.

The intent is to do cardio in the mornings right after rising on weekdays, and do toning at lunch or on weekday evenings to raise heartrate a second time each weekday.  Weekends are relaxed and a time for recovery - walks are just to stretch and move and not intended to be a strenuous workout.
