    Hi all,  Just joined FitClick from my home in Syd, Australia - thankyou Google.  Really excited to be embarking on this quest to improve my fitness.  My main problem in the past has been my inconsistency so I'm sure now with the great fitness plans from FitClick this is now sorted.  My goal is to put on more muscle and increase my endurance level.

  • I don't monopolize the playground, but when it is just me and dd I do all kinds of experiments with the monkey bars. I find ways of working my muscles and strengthing ligaments....and stretching. I don't track most of the exercises b/c I don't know 'what' to track. I do add in some step aerobics on the steps, and do a lot of hangin' around....like a monkey!!!
