  • Use one of those noodles for support under your arms and behind your back, then bring your knees to your chest, like a V crunch, alter this with doing it on your side. Also just jogging in place, pushing and pulling the water, or with the noodle. Turn on your stomach, with the noodle out front for balance, and flutter kick. Hope this helps.
