    So I found a treadmill on craigslist for $50.00 it was a steal...Since then even though its only day 3 I am on a role. Ive wanted a treadmill for so long and i got one. On the count of how out of shape I am in I can only do about 30 minutes at a time, but figure it was 30 minutes more than what I wasnt doing last week. I think im on a good start...right?

  • this come from a joe weider you need to do some sort of cardio to warm up the muscle then do some stretching then do some callastenics, you might want to read up the book was actully calle master blaster princeple of body building and nutrition. oh and dont run every day only three times a week. and you may want to drink more water and stretch for an hour or at least thirty minutes get those hams...
