if you have the biggest loser work out dvd than come and join me i work out with the dvd that i have on different day's so i don't get board with it....i also do the gazelle for 15 to 20 min adding 5 min to what i am doing every two week tell i can reach my goal of 1hour or if you have a treadmill you can do the same good luck. :)

    Bump your caloreis up to about 1800 to get your metabolism moving. Make sure you are eating good carbs and lean proteins. Try this for about three weeks, then drop to 1200 for a week, then back to about 1500 to 1600 calories. If you plateau, then do the cycle again. Exercise at least 3 days a week.
