    I started workin out on monday with an intense strength & cardio exercise...and tuesday just doin cardio n switching up like that all week except for sundays....   • When you work out - esp when you lift weights, your muscle tissue tears and then it rebuildes (heals) bigger and stronger. That healing process attracts water. If you lift for 3 weeks and then take a week off you'll notice your weight drop down in that week off (b/c your muscles heal and you're taking a break so the water is staying off). Women's weight especially is going to yo-yo back and forth....
