  • Today I just came back from my 4 mile walk. I was not as excited as I was yesterday to complete the 4 miles. Today I added a little jogging. I thought when I woke up this morning I'd be sore. Wrong I felt just fine. I'm begging to think walking 4 per day is just simply not enough. This evening I may try to do two miles. Ill keep you posted.

  • I have lost about 55 pounds and have kept it off. I started dieting in 2007, but still have a long way to go to reach my goal. I want to lose at least 100 lbs. more, but I want to do it faster, and do it without losing muscle. I swim and that is about all I can do physically knee & muscle issue that restrict my abilities to workout. If you have any suggests I would love to hear them. :)
