    I go with the morning because I can go and not have to worry about the kids (they're in bed), the wife is home and it is a great way to get endorphines running in your body to start the day. Additionally, I follow it up with a protien rich breakfast (usually eggs and cheese). The metobolic rate is best after a work out so it protien fits great there.
