    I'm at work so I can't really try them out right now but they look tough.

    I'm the opposite of you - my upper body is really weak, it's almost pathetic. But I can lift a lot with my lower body so I've been spending a lot of time trying to work my upper body to achieve the balance you were talking about.

    I can't wait to try those tests out and see how I do.
