Overall body stength workout I use in addition to cardio.  2 day workout followed by a day off and then the same two day workout.

Once you hit a plateau, you need to confuse your muscles.  So substitute other exercises for those listed.  Then you can revert back to these exercises after 2-3 weeks on the alternate exercises.
