  • I would like to start exersize today Aug. 9.  Starting with a brisk walk for each of our 3 dogs or at least one long walk.  I also want to strengthen my abs and core so I'm going to do 30 mins of ab/core exersizes.  I will adjust it as necessary.  Wish me luck!

    examples of first steps...
    drink 8 cups of water everyday
    log ALL food eaten everyday
    check in with accountability partners everyday

    Add more new habits as you master old ones :)
