    June 2 I'm pumped about taking my life back. I'm about 50lbs over weight and I want to burn the as quickly as possible. However, I know that whatever comes quick goes quick so I've given my self 6months. Any workout tips that you have found help would be greatly appreciated. P. S. I'm on week three of the couch to 5k and going strong buts its not enough I haven lost a lbs yet.

  • I have one cheat day a week so I keep on the diet tracker have breakfast skip lunch and snacks then go crazy. But try to stay close to my target. You won't loose on the weekend but you don't gain.
