I would like to at least run stop sign to stop sign 5 times then walk stop sign to stop sign 2 times to cool down your body. Then i will go inside and get a snack and some water or powerade. Then i will do push ups in the driveway and then crunches inside. When im done with all of that i will go on the trampoline and do as many exercise things as i can. I try to stay on the trampoline as long as i can. It is fun to work out because my little brother will help me through all of it because he is a sweet little kid and he is only 8 years old. He is fast but not faster than me. LOL! So all i want is to get more better at the exersices so i can do it faster without falling or stoping to give up.

    Running has been so hard this week because of the heat and humidity.  I plan to do my long run at 6AM tomorrow to try to miss the hotest part of the day. This is the second week for the 9K long run.  We progress to 10K next week.
