    Exercise: Where to begin, I am currently a smoker, yeah bad for my health, I know. I am trying to quit smoking! Don't worry I don't smoke in my house or around my children. After smoking, its hard to exercise. I am short winded, out of breath and struggle to breath. Hopefully once I quit smoking each day of exercise will get easier and easier.

    1 Scoop Soy Protein Powder
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c plain yogurt
    1 packet splenda
    1 c fruit - fresh or frozen
    Handful of ice
