    Cutting out preservatives, low salt intake, healthier fresh food choices. Increasing daily activity and slowly incorporating a variety of exercises. 7-8 hrs sleep, 24+ glasses of water a day, not allowing nay sayers or negative and unmotivated people who can talk the talk but not walk it to effect progress or get me down if I have an off day or week. Lots of laughter with it all.
