  • Just in USA for 2 months. I am not use to the cooler wheather and am finding myself making excuses. But, I did exercise tapes in Asia, and still can do them here. I went on a hike yesterday in the woods to an old cave I use to go to whenever I was a young kid; it seemed a lot harder as an adult. Took grandsons along, 2 and 4 years old. I carried the 2 year old most of the time. Good workout!
