  • hey there .. I am not in a wheel chair ...yet ... actually today , I accpeted a walker instead of a wheel chair, I am slowly getting to that point .
    Working the upper half is hard . I sit and use wieghts 5 lbs then 10 lbs ... and bend and see if I reach my toes ...... somedays I can't but on the good days, it feels good to reach those goals , hope you can share with me as well ~ Hockeymomx3...
