    my weight is not coming down one day im in my low 60s then another day im in close to the 70s wahda? i have bn tri in to lose weight since Jan...i managed to lose 16lbs but i doesnt show i dont feel it i always feel bloated my started weight in Jan wus 179 im only 5'2 two days ago i was 163.4 and today 168 i go 2 da gym 2,3 4 maybe even make it 5 days for 1hr + i have gone upto 2 hrs...a day..burn...
